David Dawn – Proprietor

David Dawn is the proprietor of Victorian Property Settlements and holder of a full Victorian Conveyances Licence.

David has been involved in all aspects of property sales and development for over 30 years and was the chairman of the Authority responsible for a local Planning scheme in the late 90′s. As a Councillor and Mayor David was a key player on many state government reference groups during the restructuring of the state’s planning system and has a wealth of knowledge that has come from living through the changes not looking at them from afar.

In the early 90′s David spent five years in the real estate industry and knows all the tricks that some Agents will play to get a sale.
